Dishwasher

Almost everything is dishwasher safe! Please avoid putting the following items in the dishwasher to prolong the items' life:

• cooking knives

• wooden utensils

• blender blade

• blue baking dishes

• blue frying pans and pots

• wooden rolling pin

Stovetop

Cooking on the stove (especially any meat) has the tendency to set off the smoke detectors. To avoid this, we recommend always turning on the kitchen vent (see the video below for instructions) or cooking with the back slider and front door open for airflow. If the smoke detector does go off while cooking, press and hold the large round button of the smoke detector that’s in the small hallway between the kitchen and the primary bedroom.
